At this time, Mind Escape Vibe™  ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Sales Tax

Mind Escape Vibe™ charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.


Return Policy

You may purchase merchandise from this Website by using any one of the payments accepted options offered. Mind Escape Vibe™ reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 5 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. No refunds will be issued for custom blends or special requests. We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout. To initiate a refund or exchange please fill out the form on the Contact Us tab of this website to request a Return Authorization Number. Mind Escape Vibe™ does not assume any liability for products damaged due to shipping errors. You must file a claim directly with the shipping venue (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, etc.).
